Magnesium Day is available in three organic salt complexes:  magnesium citrate ,  succinate  , and  acetyl taurate . Each form is highly bioavailable. Citrate and succinate are metabolized into the body's buffer systems, supporting  the maintenance of acid-base balance . They also provide intermediates for the Krebs cycle, which is further stimulated, thus  boosting the body's bioenergetics . Magnesium acetyl taurate is a lipophilic form that, according to preclinical studies, crosses the blood-brain barrier and also plays a role in the central nervous system.  Magnesium supports the maintenance of normal psychological functions . The vitamin B-6 and taurine from the magnesium complex contained in the preparation create a synergistic whole.

Acetylated Taurate, Citrate, Succinate / 150 mg (40%*)

Ingredients:  magnesium acetyl taurate, magnesium succinate, magnesium salts of citric acid, capsule shell (bulking agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, pectins), inulin, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), pyridoxal-5-phosphate.

Recommended daily dose:  2 capsules daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage conditions:  Store out of reach of small children, in a dry place, at room temperature. Protect from light. Consume within 30 days of opening the package.

Warnings:  Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
