Shipping policy

At Miss Lamonique, we take pride in providing fast, reliable, and secure delivery for all our customers. Every order is handled with care and shipped using trusted carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.

1. Shipping Area

We currently only shipping to customers in UK.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday–Friday) after your order is placed.

  • Order deadline: Orders placed before 3:00 PM GMT  will be processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • No items are shipped on weekends or holidays.


3. Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Delivery time depends on your location and the capacity of the shipping company.


4. Total Delivery Time

  • Total delivery time = Processing time (2-5 business days) + Shipping time (1-3 Business days).
  • Expected total delivery: 3-8 business days from order placement.
  • Please note that in rare cases delays may occur due to the capacity of the shipping company or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Shipping Cost

Standard UK Shipping cost: £2.88 (Inc. tax).


6. Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Carrier name
  • Tracking number
  • A link to track your shipment online

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours after shipment to become active.


7. Shipping carriers  

We ship via Royal Mail. The carrier depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. 

 
8. Customs, duties and VAT

All customs duties and VAT are included in the product price. There are no additional fees or surprise costs for the customer in the UK. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay in the UK.


9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • Miss Lamonique is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
