Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)  and  docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)  contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.  Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)  contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.  Vitamin D  contributes to the normal function of the immune system and contributes to the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, as well as to the maintenance of normal calcium levels in the blood. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 20 µg  of vitamin D  from all sources.
