Isotonic drinks  are a set of minerals such as potassium, calcium, sodium and magnesium, which maintain the electrolyte balance in the body at the appropriate level, and simple carbohydrates to provide energy during prolonged physical exercise.

Although there is no specific legal definition of an isotonic drink or requirements regarding its composition, an isotonic drink is generally understood to mean a beverage containing rapidly absorbed carbohydrates and electrolytes. It must have an appropriate caloric content, osmolarity, and provide an adequate amount of energy.  AllHydrate  meets all of the above criteria.

This product is designed for athletes, physically active individuals, and anyone who needs to quickly replenish lost electrolytes to support the proper functioning of muscles and the nervous system. Furthermore, the magnesium contained in the electrolytes helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

The isotonic effect of  AllHydrate  products stems from their osmolarity being similar to that of body fluids. In an isotonic environment, the relative concentrations of solutes and water are equal on both sides of the cell membrane. Fluid exchange, in addition to electrolytes, also delivers carbohydrates to the cell, providing the body with energy.

The osmolarity of all body fluids is between 280 and 295 mOsm. Each batch  of Allhydrate  is laboratory-tested with an osmometer, which compares changes in the physicochemical properties of the solutions, allowing us to optimize the osmolarity parameter.

AllHydrate isotonic drinks have an osmolarity similar to body fluids and have an ISOTONIC effect (they maintain the body's hydration at the appropriate level).

AllHydrate  is the first electrolyte product on the market to contain a natural source of sodium: natural rock salt from the Kłodawa mine (non-iodized). The elements found in Kłodawa salt are easily absorbed and support the proper functioning of the human body. These elements are of natural origin and were formed by precipitation from seawater approximately 257-252 million years ago. Thanks to traditional methods of fragmentation, the salt retains its properties.

Rock salt from Kłodawa contains nutrients essential for the proper functioning of the human body. These include primarily macronutrients: Ca, Mg, Na, Cl, and S, as well as micronutrients: Fe, I, Cr, Se, Cu, Zn, and Mn.

Rock salt contains substances (approx. 2%) that are sparingly soluble in water and may be visible in the finished solution, but it dissolves in the digestive acid environment.

Recommended daily dose:  one serving 12.1 g. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Directions:  Dissolve a serving of powder (12.1 g = 1.5 scoops) in 500 ml of lukewarm water. Shake well before use. This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
