What is quercetin?

Ingredients:  water, binder (glycerol), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), quercetin (from Sophora japonica), zinc (zinc gluconate), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate, L-ascorbic acid, mixed tocopherols), sweetener (steviol glycosides from stevia).

Recommended daily dose:  Take 1 serving daily, 5 ml (1 x 5 ml), dissolved in a glass of water or juice. Shake before drinking.
