Ingredients:  hydrolyzed bovine collagen COLLinstant active ®, methylsulfonylmethane (optiMSM®), Vitamin C Quali®-C (L-ascorbic acid), native poultry collagen NUVICOL ®II.

Recommended daily intake necessary to obtain the product's beneficial effects:  1.5 scoops once daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Preparation:  Dissolve 1.5 scoops of powder in approximately 200 ml of cool water. Mix thoroughly.
