Ingredients:  humectant: glycerin, ubiquinol (coenzyme Q10), water, stabilizer: soy lecithins, nicotinamide (niacin), sodium selenite (selenium).

Recommended daily dose:  Once a day, apply 5 full presses of the fluid pump onto the tongue and leave to absorb.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Maintain a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. This product is not intended for children, pregnant, or breastfeeding women.

Storage conditions:  The preparation should be protected from light, stored in a dry place out of reach of children, at  room temperature , in a tightly closed container.

Important note:  Considering that the room temperature can rise significantly during the summer (above 20°C) – which can also lead to problems with the pump mechanism – the following rules of conduct are recommended for the Quinomit Q10® fluid with selenium product during this time:

*immediately after receiving the product and before first use, store Quinomit Q10® fluid with selenium (for at least 12 hours, or until first use) at a temperature between 4°C and 10°C. Then, bring the product to room temperature for approximately 3 hours before use and use it as follows:

*Before first use, press the pump several times until the first drop is dispensed. Then tilt the bottle. Press the pump all the way down again until a drop of product is dispensed. Take short breaks between each press. Use continuously after opening the bottle until completely used up.
