Ingredients:  choline bitartrate, milk thistle fruit extract (Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn.), including: silymarin, silybin with sunflower lecithin, glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Recommended daily dose:  1 capsule daily with a meal and sufficient fluids. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
