Ingredients:  choline bitartrate, milk thistle fruit extract (Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn.), including: silymarin, silybin with sunflower lecithin, glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Recommended daily dose:  1 capsule daily with a meal and sufficient fluids. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. This product is not intended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
