Ingredients:  Bulking agent: plant cellulose, capsule shell ingredient: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, bacterial cultures (10%): Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus helveticus, Bifidobacterium longum, saffron flower extract (Crocus sativus L.) standardized to 10% lepticrosalides (DER 2: 1), nicotinamide (niacin), calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride (thiamine), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), D-biotin (biotin), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).

Recommended daily dose:  2 capsules daily.

Directions:  Take 1 capsule twice daily with sufficient fluid. Ideally, take it in the morning before or with breakfast and in the evening before bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. This product is not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Remember to maintain a healthy lifestyle and a varied diet.

Storage conditions:  Store in a dry place at room temperature, away from heat sources and direct sunlight, out of reach of small children. Refrigeration is recommended for storage longer than 3 months.
