Ingredients:  refined rapeseed oil, gelatin, ubiquinol (coenzyme Q10), humectant: glycerin, anti-caking agent: beeswax, soybean oil, water, color: sulphite ammonia caramel, emulsifier:  soy lecithin .

Recommended daily dose:  1 capsule.

Directions:  Take 1 capsule in the morning with a meal and plenty of water. The capsule can also be chewed if necessary.
