including 10% withanolides / 40 mg

Chicory root inulin / 100 mg

BioPerine® Black Pepper Fruit Extract / 1 mg

including 95% piperine / 0.95 mg

Ingredients:  Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) standardized to 10% withanolides [DER 5-8:1*], chicory root inulin, black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum) standardized to 95% piperine BioPerine® [DER 50:1], capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Recommended daily dose necessary to obtain a beneficial effect:  1 capsule once every 4 days during a meal.

This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. This product is intended for adults. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. People taking heart, anticoagulant, or blood pressure medications should consult a doctor before using this supplement.
