This dietary supplement contains extract from the fruiting body of the lion's mane (Hericium erinaceus), known for its rich composition of natural active substances. It is an edible mushroom and is found primarily in East Asian countries. The standardization used in the supplement ensures that each capsule contains exactly the same portion of the extract, so you can be sure of its quality and composition. This highly concentrated extract, with a DER ratio of 30:1, is made from 30g of plant material per 1g of extract. One capsule provides 500mg of extract, including 150mg of polysaccharides and 150mg of beta-glucans (standardized to 30% polysaccharides and 30% beta-glucans).

Ingredients:  Lion's mane fruit body extract (Hericium erinaceus) DER 30:1 standardized to 30% polysaccharides and 30% beta-glucans, inulin, L-leucine, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. 

Directions:  Take 1 capsule with water. Use once or twice daily. 

Recommended daily intake:  1-2 capsules.
