Guns of Steel, Hot Action Pre-Training Liquid Recommended Use:
Test First: Apply a small amount to the inner fold of the elbow. Leave on for 5 minutes. If after 5 minutes the heat is too intense wash off immediately with soap and water and discontinue use.
Directions: Apply a thin layer 5 to 10 minutes prior to training. Apply directly to biceps and triceps in a circular motion until liquid is fully absorbed. Reapply as needed. Close cap tightly after use. Wipe down any equipment that Guns of Steel comes in contact with. 

Warnings:
For external use only. Do not use if you have high blood pressure. Avoid contact with eyes. In the event of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs. This product causes a reddening and tingling sensation to the skin. These effects will gradually fade after use. Not intended for sensitive skin. If taking medications consult your physician before use. To reduce the reddening and tingling effect wash skin with soap and copious amounts of cold water.
