Ganoderma lucidum extract (reishi) / 250 mg

Ingredients :  Cocoa powder with 10-12% fat content; Lion’s Mane Mushroom (Hericium erinaceus) fruiting body standardized to polysaccharide content > 50%, including β(1,3)/(1,6) glucan > 20%; Ganoderma lucidum–reishi fruiting body extract standardized to polysaccharide content > 30%; niacin (nicotinamide); cinnamon.

Preparation:  Add 6g of cocoa (two heaped teaspoons - 1 serving) and pour 200ml of hot water or milk over it. Stir thoroughly until completely dissolved. Consume immediately after preparation.

Warnings:  do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
