Contraindications:

Do not use liniment on children under 12 years of age. Do not apply to varicose veins and avoid contact with eyes.

Application:

Lubricate the skin in problematic areas: legs, joints, shoulders, back, arms 1-3 times a day. Warms, soothes and relaxes. Massage the liniment into the skin until it is completely absorbed. The appearance of redness at the site of application indicates stimulation of blood circulation and is a desirable phenomenon.
