Linseed oil (cold pressed, organic) (Linum usitatissimum) (seeds)      1400 g

Evening primrose oil (cold pressed) (Oenothera biennis) (seeds)           300 mg

Canola (rapeseed) oil (cold pressed)                                         260 mg

Blackcurrant seed oil (Ribes nigrum)                               20 mg

Pumpkin seed oil (Curcubita pepo)                                     20 mg

Omega-3 ALA (alpha-linolenic) (45%)                                        900 mg

Omega-6 LA (linolenic) and GLA (gamma-linolenic) (26.5%)            530 mg

Omega-9 oleic (17.5%)                                          350 mg

Ingredients:  Linseed oil; evening primrose seed oil; canola oil; blackcurrant oil; pumpkin seed oil; capsule material: beef gelatin; subst. dissolving: vegetable glycerin, water; caramel powder; subst. taste correcting: carob (locust pod, Ceratonia siliqua).

No allergens or ingredients were used in the production process : yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, crustaceans. Manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes ingredients of other products containing these allergens
