Ingredients:
MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides) (from coconut oil/palm kernel oil) (non-GMO). MCT oil contains naturally occurring fatty acids: caprylic acid (C8: 0) and capric acid (C10: 0).
No allergens or ingredients were used in the production process: yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans. Manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes ingredients of other products containing these allergens.
How to use : At first, take 1 teaspoon daily. You can increase the portion to 1-2 tablespoons. Add to a meal or drink.
Storage: Store in a closed container at room temperature, out of the reach of small children
